Attorney Richard V. Stevens is located in the Washington D.C. area, attorney Artie Vaughn is in Alabama and the southeast, and attorney Frank J. Spinner is located in Colorado Springs, CO. This provides close access to a large number of major military bases. However, we all travel to represent our clients wherever they are stationed or serving around the world. We routinely have military clients and cases throughout the United States and overseas.

Working with Our Military Defense Law Firm

Attorney Richard V. Stevens and attorney Frank J. Spinner have separate and independent law practices, with no common clients, offices, or personnel. Each attorney represents military clients stationed anywhere in the world. When not together in person, we can coordinate with you through video chat, phone, email, or other electronic messaging.
